1. The drilling rig adopts a split structure. The main engine power, main engine, and control room are completely separated. According to user requirements, the drilling rig power station can be equipped with a crawler walking system.
2. The host can adopt two structures: crawler self-propelled walking or platform self loading and unloading. The crawler structure is equipped with an engine power of 100-145KW, and the platform self loading and unloading structure is equipped with an engine power of 45KW.
3. Drilling rig power hydraulic
(1) The main hydraulic components of the drilling rig are all made of first-class and well-known domestic and foreign brand products. The drilling rig has strong power and is equipped with four Volvo engines, which can operate simultaneously or in parallel. If one diesel engine is damaged, the other diesel engines can still operate normally, greatly improving the safety of construction
(2) The rotary push-pull adopts a closed system, and the auxiliary circuit adopts an open load sensitive system.
(3) The hydraulic valve group equipped on the drilling rig has both electric and manual functions. In case of circuit failure, manual operation can still operate as usual.
(4) The unique torque digital setting system can set the magnitude of torque and return force based on the parameters of engineering and drill pipes, displaying intuitively.
(5) The temperature of the hydraulic system is automatically controlled, and the heat dissipation amount can be set according to the ambient temperature.
(6) The hydraulic system of the mast and track is detachable, making transportation convenient.
4. Clamp release device:
(1) The use of a three claw closed structure is more conducive to the reliability of drilling pipe unloading.
(2) The clamping force is adjustable, and the operator can adjust the clamping force according to the specifications and engineering needs of the drill pipe, which can extend the service life of the drill pipe and pliers.
(3) The structure of the clamping and releasing device is compact, and it can reliably clamp and release even when the drill pipe joint is very short.
(4) The clamping and releasing device can move throughout the entire process, ensuring that the drill pipe joint can be released at any position.
5. Power head:
(1) The push-pull movement of the drilling rig changes from sliding friction on the slide to rolling friction on the rollers, reducing power loss.
(2) The floating structure of the main spindle avoids wear and tear when the drill pipe is released.
(3) The unique spindle structure avoids stress concentration.
6. The drilling rig is equipped with a crane, which facilitates the transportation of drill rods and reamers during construction.
